CANCELLATION POLICY

SKTV has a lenient cancellation policy since it values providing its customers with the best possible service. This policy states that: • Requests for cancellations will only be accepted if they are submitted within 72 hours of the order being placed. Cancellation requests, however, will not be accepted if the vendors/merchants have been notified of the orders and have started the shipping process. • Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled. • Products that the SKTV marketing team has acquired on holidays such as Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine's Day cannot be cancelled. Since these are special occasion specials, cancellations are not accepted.

• Requests to cancel deliveries of perishable goods, such as flowers or food, are not accepted by SKTV. If the customer can demonstrate that the product they received was of inferior quality, they may be eligible for a refund or replacement. • Please notify our Customer Service team if you receive any broken or defective consumer durable or non-durable devices, such as cell phones, mixer grinders, calculators, etc. However, the merchant will only consider the request after verifying and confirming the information on his end. After the products are received, this needs to be reported within 21 days. Software, VCDs, DVDs, and books should all have issues reported within five days. • Within 24 hours of receiving the product, you must notify our customer care if you believe it is not as described on the website or meets your expectations. Following an investigation of your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make the proper determination. • Please contact the manufacturer if you have any issues about a product that is covered by a warranty.
